Antiviral Sole

Did you know that the floor represents a vehicle for the spread of germs, bacterium and viruses? And that shoes are a vehicle for virus transmission?

The solution may be in the new antiviral soles* of A’RCOPEDICO, a project developed in partnership with CeNTI – Centre for Nanotechnology and Smart Materials, and with the collaboration of INEB (Instituto Nacional de Engenharia Biomédica)) and the 2CA-Braga (Centro Cliníco de Braga). Tests results showed antiviral activity kill 99% viruses.

* Sole with Compliance Certificate for Slip Resistance on Water Ceramic Floor and Slip Resistance on Dry Ceramic Floor. (Certified by Centro Tecnológico do calçado de portugal  - BA - 7922/2021.)
